Shipping Policy

Free shipping to all EU countries. All prices are in EUR and include VAT. There are no customs duties or extra fees within the EU.

Where we ship: All 27 EU member states, including Germany, Austria, France, Romania, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

Delivery times to remote areas and islands may be longer. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.

Damaged or lost parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the times above, contact us at info@ksconsultanz.eu and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
