2. Welche Daten wir verarbeiten und warum

Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten, die Sie uns bei Bestellung, Kontoerstellung oder Kontaktaufnahme mitteilen (z. B. Name, Liefer- und Rechnungsadresse, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer, Bestelldaten, Zahlungsinformationen), sowie technische Daten beim Besuch des Shops (z. B. IP-Adresse, Browser, Zeitpunkt des Zugriffs).

3. Hosting und Shopsystem: Shopify

Unser Shop wird auf der Plattform Shopify betrieben (Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2. Etage, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Irland). Shopify verarbeitet Ihre Daten in unserem Auftrag als Auftragsverarbeiter (Art. 28 DSGVO). Dabei können Daten auch an Shopify Inc. (Kanada) und weitere Unterauftragsverarbeiter, u. a. in den USA, übermittelt werden. Kanada verfügt über einen Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission; für Übermittlungen in andere Drittländer werden EU-Standardvertragsklauseln bzw. – soweit zertifiziert – das EU-US Data Privacy Framework genutzt.

4. Zahlungsdienstleister

Zur Zahlungsabwicklung geben wir die erforderlichen Zahlungsdaten an den von Ihnen gewählten Zahlungsdienstleister weiter (z. B. Shopify Payments und dessen Partner, PayPal oder Kartenanbieter). Diese verarbeiten die Daten teilweise in eigener Verantwortung und nach ihren eigenen Datenschutzbestimmungen. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

5. Versand und Fulfilment: CJdropshipping

Unsere Produkte werden durch unseren Lieferanten CJdropshipping direkt aus China versandt. Hierfür übermitteln wir Name, Lieferadresse, ggf. Telefonnummer und E-Mail-Adresse sowie die Bestelldaten an CJdropshipping und die beauftragten Versanddienstleister. Dies ist eine Übermittlung in ein Drittland (China), für das kein Angemessenheitsbeschluss besteht; sie erfolgt zur Erfüllung des Vertrags mit Ihnen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b, Art. 49 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) [bzw. auf Grundlage von EU-Standardvertragsklauseln, sofern vereinbart – bitte prüfen].

6. Cookies und Analyse

Unser Shop verwendet technisch notwendige Cookies (z. B. für Warenkorb und Checkout), die ohne Einwilligung gesetzt werden dürfen. Analyse- und Marketing-Cookies (z. B. Shopify Analytics oder Werbepixel) setzen wir nur mit Ihrer Einwilligung über unser Cookie-Banner. 2. What data we process and why

We process personal data you provide when ordering, creating an account or contacting us (e.g. name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, order data, payment information), and technical data when you visit the shop (e.g. IP address, browser, time of access).

3. Hosting and shop system: Shopify

Our shop runs on Shopify (Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland). Shopify processes your data on our behalf as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may also be transferred to Shopify Inc. (Canada) and other sub-processors, including in the USA. Canada is covered by an EU adequacy decision; for transfers to other third countries, EU Standard Contractual Clauses or, where certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework are used.

4. Payment providers

To process payments, we pass the necessary payment data to the payment provider you choose (e.g. Shopify Payments and its partners, PayPal or card providers). These providers partly process data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

5. Shipping and fulfilment: CJdropshipping

Our products are shipped directly from China by our supplier CJdropshipping. For this, we transfer your name, delivery address, phone number and email address where applicable, and the order data to CJdropshipping and the shipping carriers it uses. This is a transfer to a third country (China) without an adequacy decision; it is made to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b), Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR) [or on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses, if agreed – please verify].

6. Cookies and analytics

Our shop uses strictly necessary cookies (e.g. for the cart and checkout), which may be set without consent. Analytics and marketing cookies (e.g. Shopify Analytics or advertising pixels) are only set with your consent via our cookie banner.
